Holy crap......what an AMAZING ficlet!!!

I'm all in favor of Youji x Aya and of Youji x Schuldig, and this one is both!

I love your work, as a general rule; in fact, I've never read anything by you that I DIDN'T absolutely adore. But this one...this one really tops them all.

At least for the moment. I like clever stories where Youji is sweet to Aya. But not too sweet...I mean, bringing home Schuldig is sweet in a WAY twisted way.

On to the boring stuff: I like your use of description intermingled with dialogue. It keeps the action and character interaction well balanced, without boring the reader. I don't feel the need to 'skim' any long bits due to tedium. So that's a very good thing.

Let's see...good planning with a well-hidden plot twist. I hate it when I can tell what's going to happen at the end. In truth, I was expecting the whole 'guilty for fucking schuldig, whose name means guilty' type of thing at the end, and was immensely pleased that it didn't come to that.

I don't really have any suggestions, save that you write a second part where Aya thanks Youji in a very 'Aya' way for helping him get revenge against Schuldig. No, I don't have the faintest idea what a 'very Aya way' of thanking someone is, least of all his assassin lover, but it would be fun to see what you come up with.

bestbits: The ending; I love the twist and the sweetness (although not sweet to the point where I need an insulin shot), as well as seeing that self-assured German getting one-upped by the beautiful Youji.
