As much as I love Squall and Irvine (which is alot ^.^), I still would rather see Irvine with Selphie and Squall with Rinoa >< But other than that..great fic!

Well. About the fic! I like this one the best, mostly because Irvine shows his "true" (?) feelings for Squall and because they both hint that they could very well go on together...without Rinoa X'D (I never liked her THAT much anyways >XB).
I hope you'll be writing more irvXsquallXirv!

I've read this story before and I still think it is one of the best in your sniper slut series. I don't know what it is about this fic that makes it stand out to me. I think it is many things.

For one I love how you start with Irvine on a complete high because he has done so many great things in the day, and then he sees Squall. It's great how you describe Squall laying on the bed, you can easily picture it and you can feel what Irvine is feeling at that moment. That his day was good before but it could never be perfect without Squall.

I enjoy how Squall is sleepy and straight forward when he tells Irvine about his dream. While Irvine may want to savour the moment, Squall made it impossible.

Even though on its own the story is probably a more PWP than anything else I find their sex not that graphic and beautifully done. You know exactly the feelings Irvine has and is trying to show Squall. And because this is part of a series you know more of the story and it adds more layers to the whole scene.

I also like how Irvine loves Squall most and while Squall is flustered and flattered at the same time he foreshadows the future Sniper Slut in Tokyo series by saying that it wouldn't be so bad with just the two of them...

I don't know why all of that makes it my favourite in this series, it just is. It could be because you can see how far they've come since that car in Esthar or it could be because it explains the full love they have for each other that will complicate things in the later chapters of the series, or a combo of both, but I don't think the sniper slut sereis is complete without it and I'm glad you finally posted it on your website...

OK, I rambled on for way too long. I need to stop typing and praising you like a crazy obsessed fangirl, especially since I love SeiferxSquall the best. And I will keep telling myself that until the wonderful images of Irvine x Squall you put in my head go away. lol.

bestbits: uh, I think I covered all that and then some in the above... Whoops I think I got carried away there. But I really liked the opening few paragraphs.
